Our Story
After nearly three decades of collaboration with leading global organizations, our founder identified a critical need for an innovative online Succession Planning Platform.

Traditionally, clients have depended on overworked talent acquisition teams or expensive Executive Search firms to identify potential leaders for succession planning. This approach is often costly and time-consuming, with many organizations keeping succession plans in separate spreadsheets or lost in inboxes, leading to a lack of visibility across the enterprise.

This led to the creation of The Succession Plan.

Our founder imagined a platform that would not only pinpoint internal successors but also benchmark them against external candidates, simplifying the process and enabling talent leaders to take charge. By lessening the reliance on costly executive search firms, we sought to make succession planning more attainable and efficient for our clients.
